Nippon Paint India - Brand Study



Introduction :



Having its origin in Japan and with more than 138 years of expertise in the paint industry, Nippon Paint is the leading contender in the trade. Their path breaking technology and a responsible initiative on producing earth-friendly range of products sustain them for more than a decade in Indian market. Thus being a favourite brand when it comes to paints.



Business Challenge :



Being a well – established and a secured brand both in Indian and in international markets, they wanted to make their digital footprint through us. They wanted their rich performance and accomplishments showcased in digital platform. Yet they were less sure about the exact digital strategy that will give them the right launch. Directly after we got the brief, we started working on the entire brand building digitally.



Task :



We were entrusted with the task of managing their social media channels on day to day basis. We also look after CRM along with planning and execution of their digital campaigns.



Execution :



The most important part of our digital strategy was to identify the key audience, contained within the digital space and within the country. We then identified their interests and crafted strategies that would cater to theirs. We approached the people through our posts in a most harmonious yet poignant.


Thinking outside the box :


Our team devised different strategies that would drive activity and engage communities. We worked out on various contests, posts and promotions that deepened the brand image and brought about a shift in sales. We made this possible by making a research on key audience who were active digitally in India. We then proceeded to make a study on their interests and approached them with a personal touch.
We had the great onus of maintaining the image of an international client. Our team not only executed their product campaigns but also the campaigns for their associations with sports brands and entertainment partners. The animated content conveyed in a professional tone was an immediate success with the audience.



Impact :



Our efforts brought in a surge in the ROI, meaning, we created 12 million impressions, 2.5 million engagements and reached 12 million individuals everything achieved with an investment of 1 million rupees, in less than a year. The team achieved a colossal 1200% surge in Instagram following and 49% increase in Facebook fan following all achieved through digital enterprise.
