Job brief

The main role for the team member is to create and maintain relationship between the agency and our clients.

You will be the key, day-to-day agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.

You should ensure the alignment of day-to-day jobs, long term planning and communication strategies with overall business goals for each client through liaison, direct contact and management of agency resources.

You should be extremely proactive in forecasting and anticipating requirements, initiating and following up on jobs. You should also be proactive in making presentations to clients, tracking competition campaign and market trends in communication.

You will work along with the internal and external team members for creating an overall digital, brand and execution plan for each client, creating presentations as well as writing proposals and engagement strategies.

You will be the custodian of the brand end-to-end from the agency.


  • Works proactively to provide clients’ needs with value addition in the process
  • Maintains client contacts on daily basis
  • Receives client requirements, analyses the input of client together with background knowledge, research, field feedback etc. to write a creative brief for the team
  • Provides inputs to different depts like creative, production, media, PR and digital team members with well-documented info, support data and production materials as required.
  • Ensures that communication strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the internal team members
  • Responsible for keeping and staying informed on activities that are being performed on the brands, the competition and the market in general.
  • Will also be responsible for checking and signing off all deliverables before they go to client. This includes day-to-day communication collaterals, proposals, digital strategy, communication strategy, budgets, deliverables, etc.
  • Ensures prompt billing and collection of account receivables and ensures that they don’t exceed the given time limits
  • Prepares overviews of client’s current activities, and plans for future development of brand’s needs
  • Makes presentation to clients on trends, competition communication and digital strategy etc.


  • Min 2 years of work experience with digital or brand agency
  • Should have been a part of big campaign execution
